DESCRIPTION
WFRUTATER is a Friulian shoe born from Alessia Giacobino's passion for drawing on accessories with a history and personalising them.
These slippers have a fascinating history that dates back centuries, originating from the Friuli region of Italy. These traditional shoes were known for their durability and comfort, often made from recycled materials.
Crafted from premium suede, lined in 100% cotton Herringbone for optimum comfort. This version is expertly embroidered in 100% cotton thread with colorful Navajo-inspired geometric designs.
The shoe is made with manual workmanship by Friulian artisans and features the typical characteristics of this shoe such as the stitched rubber sole.
To complete the look, the WFRUTATER pairs perfectly with Fortela clothing and is presented in color variations that match the seasonal collection. It also exists in other versions of colors, embroidery and materials.
Inside the shoe, the iconic Fortela stitching made with orange thread embodies the philosophy of the brand that creates each garment to last and age together with the wearer, carrying with it a piece of history revisited in the light of Alessandro Squarzi's inspiration and study.
