PRICES & PAYMENT METHODS

PRICES AND CURRENCIES

Prices will be indicated in Euro (EUR) for shipments to Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Greece, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Portugal, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, and Monaco. Shipments to the United Kingdom will be indicated in pounds (GBP), and shipments to Switzerland will be indicated in Swiss francs (CHF).

The total amount highlighted during the purchase process includes shipping costs as specified below and indicated in the cart.

FORTELA reserves the right to change the prices of products for sale through the Site at any time and without notice. The Customer will be charged the prices published on the Site at the time of order confirmation by the Customer, provided that the ordered products are available in stock at the time of placing the order.

FORTELA accepts the following payment methods:

FORTELA reserves the right to re-check a transaction directly with the bank or PayPal. Such checks may cause delays in order processing.

CREDIT CARD
Fortela accepts the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro.
For credit card payments, the Customer confirms and guarantees to be the cardholder of the credit card used for the purchase and that their name matches the one on the credit card. The Customer then provides the credit card number, expiration date, and security code on the credit card. Transactions will be charged to the Customer only after:
(i) the credit card details have been verified,
(ii) authorization for the charge has been received from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer, and
(iii) FORTELA has confirmed the availability of the Product and the Order is ready to be shipped. No charges will be made at the time of Order transmission, except for any charges necessary to verify the validity of the credit card.

BANK TRANSFER
By choosing to pay via bank transfer, the customer will automatically receive the order confirmation containing all the necessary information to complete the payment.

Payments must be completed and confirmed within 48 working hours from the order placement, and customers are requested to label the transaction with their order number and send a proof of payment via email to fortelashop@fortela.it.

FORTELA reserves the right to cancel orders not accompanied by proof of payment within 48 hours.

PAYPAL
By clicking on PayPal, customers will be redirected to the PayPal website and can pay directly with their PayPal account.
FORTELA reserves the right to process orders only if the shipping address matches the address verified by PayPal.

For payments via PayPal, the Customer confirms and guarantees to be the account holder of the PayPal account used for the purchase. Transactions will be charged to the Customer only after they have received the Confirmation Email from FORTELA.

In the event that, for any reason, it is not possible to debit the amounts due from the Customer, the sales process will be automatically canceled, and the sale automatically voided.

Purchased products are shipped only after FORTELA verifies the credit card information used by the Customer with the relevant bank and receives authorization for the charge on the card, or upon notification of the completed payment in the case of PayPal payment.

If one or more products are not available, only the price and shipping costs corresponding to the available products will be charged.
