Fortela ships worldwide in partnership with DHL, ensuring fast, secure, and fully trackable deliveries. 
We offer various shipping options to best suit your needs, which will be displayed and calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination. 

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend will be handled the following Monday. 

We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2 business days.
Please note that any delays due to payment authorization or customs clearance are beyond our control. 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. 

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during business hours. 
• It is not possible to schedule specific delivery times or appointments with the courier. 
• Couriers do not operate on public holidays or pre-holiday days.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) 

For the countries listed below, all applicable taxes, VAT, and customs duties are included in the final price. No additional fees will be due upon delivery. 

DDP Countries: 

Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States. 

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) 

For all other destinations, shipments are sent DDU. This means the product prices shown do not include local taxes, VAT, or customs duties. 

The recipient is responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs fees, and local duties required by the destination country. These charges must be paid to release the parcel from customs. 

As these costs vary by country and cannot be estimated in advance, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. In some cases, the courier may issue a separate invoice for local duties upon delivery.
