UNCLEJOHN 00258 D475 , is made from premium quality Japanese selvedge denim and is handcrafted in Italy on 1930s and 1940s Union Special sewing machines.
The indigo color of the mother fabric is worked with a medium wash that creates fascinating light-dark shades and gives the fabric a lived-in look, always recognizable between the vertical thread of the warp and the horizontal thread of the weft.
The selvedge , a textile detail that embellishes the outer seam of the trousers, visible in the cuff at the bottom, is a symbol of prestigious manufacturing and gives great value and exclusivity to the garment.
