Legal Basis and propose of processing
The User undertakes to process personal data on behalf of the Controller in accordance with the conditions laid down in this Data Processing Agreement:
a. To share products information and endeavours, preceded by the compilation of the form in the website “contact” section. (Treatment needed as implementation of pre-contractual measures)
b. To perform the service required by the sales contract, when purchasing merchandise through the website in the “shop” section. (Treatment needed for the interested party and implementation of pre-contractual measures.
c. As permitted by applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements. Linked to the previous statement
d. To send commercial or promotional communications, relative updates, new arrivals, exclusive offers, special events and promotions, through email or phone number, with attached questionnaires on costumers satisfaction.
We may disclose the personal data that you provide us to any number of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company, and the subsidiaries of our holding company.

ShareThis is a service provided by ShareThis Inc., which displays a widget that allows interaction with social networks and external platforms as well as sharing the contents of this Application.
Depending on the configuration, this service can display widgets belonging to third parties such as the managers of social networks where interactions are shared. In this case, also the third parties that provide the widget will be informed of interactions and Usage Data on the pages where this service is installed.
The Personal Data collected are used to provide the User with services or to sell goods, including payment and possible delivery.
The Personal Data collected to complete the payment may include the credit card, the bank account used for the transfer, or any other means of payment envisaged. The kind of Data collected by this Application depends on the payment system used.
